Flying rainbow

Another shot of the sky with a flying rainbow. Anyone knows how this can be formed? There's no raining on that late afternoon. The sun was shining. Why this can be formed without moist?

My mind is occupying with millions of question marks. Anyway, I had a great time enjoying the beautiful scene!

I'm sorry I put here the comment I wanted to insert yesterday -- The photo is great. May happen to see rainbow even without rain. It could be moist there, in the sky.

Sorry guys for repeating the same idea again. Anyway I think the rainbow is clearer to be seen than the previous photo. Thanks for telling me some of your opinion about what was that :)
